Rebecca Recchia graduated with honors in 2016 from New York University College of Dentistry as a Dental Hygienist. She has been with New York Family Dental Arts for 6 years. In addition to effective periodontal evaluation and treatment, she’s proficient in many areas of modern dental practices including digital radiography, intra oral camera, and itero scanner. She’s also certified with CPR, nitrous, and local anesthesia and a member of the ADHA. She loves her work and loves every patient she treats. She believes oral health is an integral part of overall health and she is proud to be a part of a team whose priority is individualized patient care. On her spare time, she enjoys traveling, watching movies, going out to dinner, meditating, and spending time with her husband and family.
Her energy and passion for life shine's through in everything she does, both inside and outside the office. She has such a passion and gift for working with patients of all ages-whether she's helping our littlest ones feel at ease, comforting nervous adults, or giving our teen patients a little extra TLC.
Her calming presence makes every visit feel like a breeze, helping everyone enjoy their dental experience and walk away with a smile-literally! Also - she's the DJ behind our office playlist, keeping the vibes just right during your visit.
Originally from sunny Los Angeles, Alyssa has been a dedicated dental assistant since 2011. She brought her passion for oral health to NYC, where she honed her skills at NYU for dental hygiene. When she's not brightening your smiles, you can find her teaching yoga in Manhattan, rock climbing, or discovering the best sushi spots in the city.
